For current patients
Your care, organized in one secure place.
Message your care team, check upcoming appointments, complete intake paperwork, and manage billing — all from a portal built specifically for behavioral health.

Why we use a portal
Less paperwork, faster answers.
Between appointments, questions come up — about a medication, a scheduling conflict, or a form you forgot to finish. The patient portal exists so you don’t have to wait on hold or hope an email reaches the right person. Everything routes directly to your actual care team, and it’s built to meet strict healthcare privacy standards from the ground up.
Whether you’re a longtime patient or just had your first intake session, the portal is available anytime, from a computer or your phone.
What you can do
Everything routine, handled in one place
Secure messaging
Send a non-urgent question directly to your therapist or prescriber and get a reply without playing phone tag.
Appointment management
View upcoming visits, request a reschedule, or confirm whether your next session is in-person or telehealth.
Intake and update forms
Complete new-patient paperwork or annual updates online, ahead of your visit, instead of filling out clipboards.
Billing and statements
View statements, pay your balance, and see exactly what your insurance covered for each visit.
Refill requests
Request a medication refill directly through the portal instead of calling and waiting on hold.
Visit summaries and documents
Access after-visit summaries, treatment plans, and other documents from any past appointment, anytime.
Already have an account?
Healing isn’t linear, and it isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our team stays small and connected on purpose, so your psychiatrist, therapist, and care coordinator are always looking at the same picture.

Your privacy, protected
Built to meet healthcare privacy standards
The patient portal is fully HIPAA-compliant, meaning your messages, records, and billing information are encrypted and accessible only to you and your authorized care team. Unlike email or text, nothing sent through the portal is ever stored on an unsecured server, which is exactly why we ask patients to use it for anything involving personal health details rather than a regular email thread.
First time logging in?
A few tips to make the portal work for you
Bookmark the portal login page on your phone’s home screen so it feels like an app without needing an actual download. If you’re managing care for a family member with their consent, ask our team about setting up authorized access rather than sharing a single login — it keeps each person’s information properly separated and protected. And if a message you send doesn’t get a response within a business day, it’s always fine to follow up by phone; messages occasionally get missed during a busy week, and a quick call closes that gap immediately.
The portal is meant to make routine parts of your care easier, not to replace the relationship with your actual providers. Sessions are still where the real work happens — the portal just clears away the logistics that used to eat into that time.
Common questions
Portal access, answered
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen to reset it securely. If you’re still locked out, call our office and we’ll help directly.
Can I use the portal before my first appointment?
Yes. Most new patients receive their invite as soon as intake is scheduled, so forms can be completed ahead of time.
Is there a mobile app?
The portal works fully through your phone’s web browser, so there’s no separate app to download or keep updated.
How urgent should a portal message be?
Portal messages are for non-urgent needs and are typically answered within one business day. For anything urgent, please call our office directly.
